Where do I start?
First, search for your school/schools in the search box on the right side of the page. Every style, color and top seller combination featuring the school you searched for will appear in search results. You can build/order your flag by selecting which school you want featured on the left and right side of your flag. In the hand sewn section, you will select your finish style with the left side selection.
What is the difference between grommet finish and sleeve finish?
 
Please note, you can use cable ties to secure a grommet finish to a standard flag pole as an alternative to clipping the flag to a pole if clips are not standard on your flag pole.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Order times can vary, but we like to tell customers that our custom flags take an average of four weeks to receive from your order date. This will vary depending on stock levels and what season we are in, but we suggest you order one month in advance of when you would need to receive your flag.
Beginning August-December, order times can stretch four-six weeks, please order as early as possible.
Can I rush my order?
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We are not able to rush specific orders. If you are presenting a flag as a gift that you won't receive in time for the event, we are happy to produce a JPEG graphic of your order that you can print and include in a card for the recipient.
What is the difference between hand sewn, printed and silk screened flags?
Each style is a different process with printed and silk screened being the most similar. Some schools will be available in each style; others will only be available in printed due to complexities with logos, and our most common combinations are available in silk screen to provide another option. Hand sewn flags can have sleeve or grommet finish; printed is available in grommet finish only; silk screen finish style is defined with each product.
Are your flags weather resistant?
Unfortunately, there isn't a fabric that we can use to produce our flags that is weather-resistant. Sun, rain, wind, etc., will affect the appearance of your flag over time depending on the amount of time the flag is exposed to these conditions.
Why don't you have my school on your school list?
We need permission to use the logo and or likeness of each school listed on our School List. If your school isn't on our list, we do not currently have permission; although we are always adding more schools.
Unfortunately, there are some institutions who will not give us permission at this time. This too can change so we try to contact everyone who has inquired about a school once they come on board with our product. We encourage you to contact us so we can follow up with you.
Can you produce House Divided Flags for professional teams in football, baseball, basketball, hockey, or NASCAR?
Just like the college teams, we would need permission to use the logo and or likeness of each professional sports brand. We do not have any of those licenses and they are cost prohibitive for us to secure at this time.
