 How did you end up at College Gameday?

College Gameday was in Atlanta for the first weekend of the 2008-2009 season for the Clemson vs. Alabama game.  So getting to Gameday was as easy as a Marta ride to Centennial Olympic Park since my wife and I live in Atlanta.  Yes, a Texas and Iowa fan in the heart of ACC and SEC country. 
 
What was being at College Gameday like?
Gameday was a lot of fun though it was quite hot.  There were 1000's of people in the park for the taping of Gameday and to walk around the different booths of vendors like Chick-fil-a. 
 
How early did you get in line to get your place in the crowd?
We arrived around 9 A.M. which I was worried would be too late but we were able to secure a good location.
 
Do you have any funny stories you would like to share about your experience?
I had told several of my friends that I would be attending Gameday and they should look for the only Iowa flag in the crowd.  Turned out to be at least 4 separate Iowa flags in the crowd and seen on TV.  Hawkeye fans are everywhere, even in Georgia!  Go Hawks!
